Connecting across the board
Keeping this in mind, we opted for a clean yet colourful approach to storytelling, titled ‘Our People, Our Pride’, that visually celebrates the diversity of individuals and ideas at Marico. We also highlighted various unique people practices like Bottoms-up – a reverse mentoring initiative that enriches senior members with contemporary skills and young members with leadership skills.
Pictures of members were used generously in every section of the report while outlining the value people add to the organisation. The outcome was a smart and all-inclusive report that connected with the senior members and millennials alike.
