We followed a top-down approach, with the key highlights of Airtel preceding its thematic context. Strategic messaging from the leadership team were followed by sections elucidating specific businesses, responsibility/sustainability aspects while comprehensive KPIs were used to outline a clear roadmap for the future. The overall design strategy was contemporary, people-focussed, with special emphasis on information design that engages and enlightens.
We also rolled out the online version that was intuitive and allowed for easy navigation with the highlighted key content and KPIs on the homepage providing a quick reference to each section of the report. The report also celebrated the launch of the Airtel Payments Bank, India’s first, which is a major step towards achieving complete financial inclusion and further democratising financial services.
