Narrating a gripping journey ahead

Apollo Tyres is one of India’s leading car tyre manufacturers with a strong global presence. To fortify and expand its positioning across markets, the company rolled out its ‘Vision 2020’ in 2016 which envisaged on strengthening its leadership in India, premiumisation in Europe and exploring other strategically attractive markets where the company had no presence. The company needed to articulate how the company was transforming itself both from a product and market perspective for building tyres for future transportation and mobility.

A differentiated design language

The theme chosen was ‘Reach the World’ to demonstrate Apollo Tyres’ guiding principles of setting new benchmarks, introducing new products across markets and expand its distribution network. A differentiated design language was created to convey the company’s move forward through expansion plans, technological advancements and widening product portfolio. The report highlighted how Apollo Tyres was navigating a challenging external environment through innovative leadership.

For clarity and impact

Dashed lines were used across the report connecting the cover with the rest of the pages, illustrating a company on the move, while ambient images were used to create a seamless experience. Infographics and charts were used across the report to allow the performance metrics to speak for themselves while smart text in the unique ‘Apollo Flama’ font contributed in weaving a powerful narrative with clarity and impact about a company that’s committed to creating long-term value for all its stakeholders.
