Narayana Health (NH) is one of India’s leading private healthcare services providers, operating a chain of multispecialty and tertiary healthcare facilities – 24 hospitals (multispecialty and super speciality), seven heart centres and one hospital in the Cayman Islands. NH has been at the forefront of adopting emerging technologies – teleradiology, telemedicine, etc. – to expand the reach of healthcare exponentially in a cost-effective manner across India.

Combining affordability with profitability

We arrived at ‘The Value of Care’ theme for the 2016-17 AR to narrate how the company was delivering value to patients and stakeholders by expanding access, safeguarding affordability and improving the overall healthcare experience. We highlighted the key operational, financial and clinical numbers and milestones to demonstrate NH’s strength and operational canvas and backed them up with relevant case studies.

Progressing with a purpose

The management message deep-dived into the business strategy and the company’s scale of operations. The content architecture was designed to embrace clarity, using smart text and infographics, along with realistic imagery and creative iconography, to effectively communicate NH’s transformational journey towards making healthcare accessible for all sections of the society without compromising on the quality of delivery.
