PowerPoint Specialist Mumbai

AICL has a unique opportunity for a PowerPoint pro who can break down complex data into appealing and insightful slides. As a creative consultant, AICL produces a large number of presentations on a regular basis – pitches, design submissions, thought leadership, workshop training material, as well as investor and corporate presentations. We work with some of the largest brands across corporate India, and as such our creative output must meet global standards. The candidate’s abilities will reflect our contemporary approach through innovative use of typography, infographics and crisp slide layouts. The ideal candidate is someone who has a creative bent of mind, along with solid understanding of charts, diagrams and other forms of data representation possible through the medium. Ability to work across Windows, iOS (Keynote) and Google Slides is preferred. Exposure to online presentation tools such as Prezi is a definite advantage.

Required to make corporate presentations, pitch presentations, investor decks and proposals
Ability to storyboard the presentation idea and suggest content-level changes and modifications
Understanding of animation techniques and other tools available in the underlying software
Create innovative concepts and designs for business documents and marketing materials
Build templates and tools for internal presentations, and other material that is relevant for pitches and client presentations
Train selected team members on use of PowerPoint
Exposure to contemporary presentation designs and an ability to research, benchmark and seek best practices
Liaise with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work proficiently with MS Office applications, iOS and G-Suite apps
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with other design software and knowledge of online presentation tools such as Prezi
Creative abilities that are reflected in layout design. Knowledge of templates to ensure standardisation.

Undergraduate or postgraduate in any stream
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a major consultancy firm, or in equity research
Exhaustive technical knowledge of PowerPoint and understanding of complex slide layouts
Exposure to corporate communication and understanding of investor-focussed presentations is desirable
Knowledge of Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and understanding of animation is an added advantage
