| The company was undergoing a demerger from its textile parent as part of a business restructuring exercise from the profit making cement division. However, even the cement division had to raise capital in order to fund its capital expenditure plans which included efficiency improvements and power cost savings. |

| AICL worked with JK Cement to draw out their corporate messages and maintained a logical flow the messaging across four years. Rather than focus on the past of the company, the reporting focused on the strengths, the brand and the expansion plans. The performance of the company and its delivery against promises was capitalised on in building a position of credibility for the company. We also focused on the value added products that the company had in order to delink it from cement as a commoditised product. |
